⚕️ Support Worker (Full-Time)
These roles are available due to internal progression – proof of our commitment to growing our people. You’ll join a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a safe, positive home environment.
A Typical Day Might Include:
- Supporting morning routines – personal care, medication, and school prep
- ☀️ Using the day for training, housekeeping, and record keeping while the young people are at school
- Afternoons full of life – school pick-ups, activities, shared meals, and evening routines
You’ll also take part in:
- Continuous professional training and development
- Building strong, supportive relationships
- Creating a warm, fun, and enriching environment
About You
We’re looking for people who are:

- Eager to learn – no previous care experience required, full training given!
