Job Purpose and Summary

As our new Product Business Developer in the B2C department, you’ll take a central role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across 24 dynamic markets with a focus on Imaging consumer products from compact printer, compact camera and electronic  imaging devices. This is your chance to combine product marketing expertise with commercial insight to drive growth, innovation, and customer engagement across our consumer product portfolio.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Product Business Developer, you’ll:

  • Lead market segmentation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for key product categories across the region
  • Drive growth by expanding into new customer segments
  • Oversee product lifecycle planning, from launch to phase-out, ensuring profitability and relevance
  • Translate European-wide campaigns into regional initiatives that deliver real business impact
  • Coordinate with sales, retail, and channel teams to execute in-store training, demos, and promotions
  • Monitor performance metrics, align on KPIs, and course-correct with agility

What we ask

  • Proven experience in product marketing and/or sales, ideally in a multinational or regional context
  • Solid grasp of market trends and product landscapes – familiarity with consumer tech or imaging products is a plus
  • Fluent English (additional CEE languages a bonus)
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset, with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives

You will need

We offer a market-oriented annual target salary (incl. bonus) from EUR 65,000 gross, depending on your educational background and experience. Flexible working schedules and mobile working are integral part of our new way of working.
