About the role
Are you passionate about place-making and driving economic vibrancy in town centres? We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Town Centre Manager to lead the transformation and day-to-day management of Brackley and Towcester town centres.
Key responsibilities include:

Building strong partnerships with local stakeholders to support town centre priorities

Developing and delivering promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to increase footfall

Gathering and analysing data to inform decision-making and measure impact

Supporting independent businesses and fostering a thriving retail and hospitality environment

Working on town centre beautification, signage, and wayfinding projects

Acting as a spokesperson for the towns’ economic and cultural development
