We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Advisor to join South Essex College HR Team. We are a large College with provision across several campuses within South Essex, where we deliver Further Education, Higher Education, Apprenticeships and Adult Education. The successful applicant will preferably have a Level 5 CIPD. The desired candidate must: – Have experience of working in a fast paced environment. – Have knowlege of employment law – Full casework provision. – Be good at building stakeholder relationships, prepared to be MHFA. – Act as trusted advisor to Line Managers, experience of working with Unions. – Have excellent attention to detail. – Be aware of the confidentiality and sensitivity of the role within our HR environment.
