This role is a new position which is perfect for a a foodie who loves to host, build relationships and make a space their own. Working with the facilities team around the building, you will be responsible for the smooth running of daily hopsitality requests from preparation to being attentive to your daily clients.

Job Description
•Prepare and serve a wide range of hospitality meeting room requests
•Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about coffee, ingredients, and menu items.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, including catering equipment, countertops, and display cases.
•Restock supplies and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient for daily operations.
•Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.
•Stay updated on new food and beverage trends, techniques, and industry developments to provide the best possible service to customers.
•Manage incoming hospitality enquiries and planning your time effectively
•Working with the adjacent sites to order and plan fine dining and larger events
•Supporting with hospitality room set ups and moving furniture where required to make a great set up
•Support with receiving of goods, safe storage and best practice for good food management
•Support with light food preparation, such as sandwich prep, future opportunity to provide fresh bakes and expand the menu based on client requests and your own creativity.
•Work closely to make sure timings and operational needs are well communicated on site
•Opportunity to progress food and beverage skills
•Replenishing pantry areas on the office floors ensuring they are fully stocked and clean
Qualifications
