Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum + bonus
Childbase Partnership is an award-winning employee-owned company, recognised for excellence in early years education. We are seeking an outstanding Head of International to lead the coordination and delivery of our global projects and initiatives.
This is a senior leadership role where you will bridge strategy and operations, overseeing project delivery, cultural adaptation, and partnership development to expand our international presence and impact.
The Role
- Lead the operational delivery of international projects, ensuring timelines, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Forge high-impact partnerships with governments, NGOs, and education networks worldwide.
- Adapt and design training, accreditation frameworks, and learning resources for global contexts.
- Provide strategic leadership to the International Team, ensuring collaboration, cross-cultural awareness, and high performance.
- Represent Childbase Partnership at senior level forums, conferences, and international events.
About You
- Master’s degree (Education or related field desirable).
- 10+ years’ senior leadership experience ideally within Early Childhood Education.
- Proven track record in international partnerships, programme design, and project management.
- Strong strategic thinking and risk management capability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across cultures.
- Comfortable with frequent international travel and representing Childbase at senior level.
