Role Purpose
Use your recruitment and business development skills to make a real difference. You’ll build employer partnerships, connect people to vacancies, and support them into long-term employment.

What Success Looks Like
Hitting targets by creating a steady flow of job opportunities, matching candidates to the right roles, and seeing them thrive in work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new employer relationships through calls, meetings, and networking

  • Match candidates to live vacancies, supporting with CVs, applications, and interview prep

  • Run employability workshops to boost confidence and readiness

  • Track progress, ensure compliance, and celebrate job outcomes

  • Provide in-work support to both employers and candidates, ensuring retention

  • Represent Get Set UK with Job Centres, Local Authorities, and employer partners

This role is ideal for someone with early experience in sales, recruitment, account management, someone who’s ready to take ownership, be part of a mission-led team, and build a career in the sector.
