At PA Housing, we’re looking for a Repairs Administrator to join our busy Repairs Team, helping us keep everything running smoothly for our customers and colleagues.

This isn’t your typical admin job it’s about making a real difference. You’ll be at the heart of our Repairs service, ensuring our customers get the support they need and our teams have the right information to deliver excellent results.

What you’ll be doing

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day could look like:

  • Managing and logging repair requests from customers, staff, and external partners via phone, email, web chat, letter, and face-to-face.
  • Updating CRM, Northgate, and other systems to keep our records accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting our Handy Person service with essential admin tasks.
  • Working closely with Repairs Advisors, stepping in during busy periods to keep things moving.
  • Handling payments in line with financial regulations and ensuring complaints processes are followed correctly.
  • Helping us deliver a service that’s reliable, responsive, and focused on people

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced in administration, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident with ICT systems and databases, with the ability to keep information accurate and well-maintained.
  • Skilled at pulling together reports, analysing information, and helping teams make informed decisions.
  • A great communicator who can build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Experienced in customer-facing roles, able to deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism.
