ASC Finance is recruiting for a Commercial Support Administrator on a 6 Month FTC within the Commercial Admin Support Team. It’s great opportunity for the successful colleague to gain insight into various areas of Trading relationships within Asda.

ASC Finance is in an exciting, fast paced and energetic environment, where new challenges arise all the time. Your role will be to work closely with Buyers and Suppliers within the business to ensure compliant and accurate funding / price changes are agreed and this data successfully uploaded into our systems.

Your Role

  • Accurate reviewing of requests submitted by the Trading team;
  • reviewing entries for Funding, Linksaves, Cost Prices and supporting accurate Retail Price changes;
  • Maintaining relationships with both Suppliers and Traders;
  • Managing your own area of the business and working as a team to resolve problems as they arise;
  • Pro-active checks to identify and resolve issues;
  • Being a support function, providing advice, coaching and promoting best practice;
  • Delivering workloads within agreed Service Level Agreements, ensuring the business need is at the forefront of decisions; and
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required.

You have a desire to always do the right thing, can communicate well with others at all levels and are able to follow process. You should be confident to challenge agreements where they do not comply with industry regulations, whilst being resilient. You should have a happy to help attitude and be able to pick things up quickly and will need to have a flexible approach to learning, with an ability to deliver under pressure. You will be passionate about delivering great results and should have the enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to succeed.
