Are you a qualified accountant with experience in the retail property sector, looking to take on a commercially focused role at the heart of centre operations?

This a 12-month fixed term contract

What you’ll be doing…

As a Property Management Accountant based in our London office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and performance of our UK centres. Acting as the vital link between Centre Management and the Finance team, you’ll maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with statutory and corporate standards, and deliver timely reporting that supports strategic decision-making. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including capex and cashflow planning, and provide insightful analysis to help centre teams set targets and monitor trends. Your remit will also include service charge reconciliations, VAT and tax reporting, treasury support, and preparing investor and bank covenant reports. With a strong commercial understanding, you’ll translate financial data into meaningful insights, continuously improving systems and processes to meet the evolving needs of the business and its stakeholders.

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • Qualified accountant
  • Proven experience in Accounting and Management reporting
  • Experience in industry or commerce
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Initiative to propose and implement process improvements
  • MS Office skills: Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Advanced / expert Excel
  • ERP experience desirable. Workday experience desirable
