Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard

Lead and motivate junior kitchen staff

Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met

Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
