JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Here at Newmark – We are seeking two organised and proactive temporary team members to join our Rating and Client Operations team for a six-month period based in Leeds. The role will require the successful candidate to be based in our Leeds office for a minimum of three days a week.

These roles are vital in ensuring the continuity and quality of service during a period of significantly increased workload. You’ll play a key part in supporting operational delivery, maintaining compliance, and helping us meet critical business deadlines.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operational support, ideally with invoice processing responsibilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with data and business systems
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
