Join Our Wickes Installation Apprenticeship Team as an Installation Service Manager

We are seeking an Installation Service Manager to join our growing team. This vital role will involve:
  • Mentoring Future Installers: Guiding and developing our graduate installers to reach their full potential.
  • Ensuring Quality: Upholding correct ways of working through your expert technical knowledge.
  • Geographical Coverage: Travelling and staying away from home will be essential to support your assigned area, potential frequency would be once a week

The geographical area this role will cover will be the South East and East of England such as; Northampton, Cambridge, Ipswich, Colchester and Norwich.
What are we looking for:
  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience in supervising a field-based network of subcontractors.
  • Previous experience working in the Kitchen / Bathroom installation industry.
  • Effective communication including listening skills.
  • Interpersonal skills – able to build strong working relationships quickly.
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor. 
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risk for the business.
  • Prioritise workload and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Knows when to seek help, support and advice.
  • Ability to ‘think outside the box’ with a creative approach.
