Director, Open Portfolio – London Business School, NW14SA 

The Role 

Fixed Term contract until March 2027

London Business School are seeking a dynamic Director, Open Portfolio to join our Executive Education department until the end of March 2027. In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of open programmes, ensuring their world-class delivery and impactful learning solutions. As a commercial project leader, you will translate client needs into exceptional learning experiences, leading from contract to completion, while ensuring stakeholder expectations are met with initiative, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction.

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Lead and coordinate programme teams to ensure successful execution of learning experiences.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to maintain high-quality learning impact.
  • Drive the design and development of new programme titles from concept to launch.
  • Ensure the commercial viability of programmes and maintain quality and impact.
  • Develop strategy and execution plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

 

Who we are looking for 

  • Experience in Learning & Development within a corporate environment or business school.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively.
  • Good Knowledge in business education and learning design field.
