🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Development Representative (ADR) 🚀
💻 Location: Fully Remote
👩 💼 Reports to: Sales Manager

⭐ What you’ll be doing:
- 🔎 Researching & identifying potential accounts (outbound + inbound)
- 📞 Engaging prospects via calls, email, and socials
- 📅 Booking meetings & product demos for Account Executives
- 🎤 Conducting product demonstrations yourself
- 🤝 Building & maintaining client relationships (upselling/cross-selling too!)
- 📈 Contributing directly to pipeline growth & client satisfaction
👀 What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years in sales development, account management, or customer-facing roles (bonus, not essential)
- 💬 Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- 🧑 🏫 Confident presenting to prospects and clients
- 🔄 Organised, proactive, and coachable
- 💻 CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus
