Salary: £66,900 – £89,550
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
We’re looking for an Agile Coach to play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver technology and value across our Core Technology group. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine strategic influence with practical coaching—mentoring teams, embedding Agile practices, and driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to lead change, strengthen delivery excellence, and ensure our teams are empowered, adaptive, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for our learners and customers worldwide.
