We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor to join our hospitality team at a busy corporate site near Victoria, London. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and experience leading a team in a fast-paced front of house environment.
As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily service in staff dining areas, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service at all times.
Key responsibilities:

Leading the front of house team and supporting daily operations

Delivering a warm, efficient, and professional service to all customers

Ensuring all counters and service areas are clean, well-presented and stocked

Supporting team training and development

Managing daily set-up and close-down procedures

Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards

Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a similar front of house supervisory role (hospitality, catering or corporate dining)

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Positive, proactive, and approachable team leader

Well-organised and able to manage a busy environment
