Retail Support Lead – Booker Group
Reporting to: Retail Support Manager Based: Equity House
Job Summary : To support Booker sales team with achieving KPIs/objectives. Key people you will work closely with are our customers, sales team, all internal departments as well as key third party suppliers.
- Leading the retail support team.
- Working closely with the finance team for Capex orders
- Weekly/Monthly reporting update to the senior sales team
- Ensuring the sales KPIs are updated periodically on the Booker Portal
- Management of the Van scheme for Fascia brands
- Timely release of the Promotional compliance reports for the fascia brands
- Work cross functionally to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to deliver all sales activity.
- Assist in the management of Booker portal contents.
- Assist in the management of the daily challenges, change and ambiguity of working within a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and update the additional leaflet charges.
- Continuous improvement of Stop Standardise Simplify.

Shift Hours: 38 hrs per week (Monday – Friday)
