The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Market Research Analyst to join our Marketing Strategy & Insight team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in delivering actionable insights to support the development of new academic courses and programmes for both B2C (undergraduate and postgraduate students) and B2B (employers and corporate partners) audiences.

This role is integral to shaping the university’s strategic marketing direction, ensuring decisions are underpinned by robust market, competitor, and audience intelligence.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a driven and self-motivated researcher, with the ability to work independently and confidently deliver insight-led recommendations. 

You’ll be comfortable working to a clear brief while also showing initiative and curiosity to explore beyond the obvious. With excellent attention to detail, you will ensure data integrity and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to communicate your findings clearly and confidently—both in writing and verbally—to a range of stakeholders, from marketing teams to senior leadership. 

Professional experience in the Higher Education sector is a must.

Your ability to translate complex information into compelling insight will make you a trusted voice in shaping the university’s future offer.
