Who we are? 

Integrated Maintenance & Repair (IMR) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.  

· IMR Water Recycling Alliance- comprises of Anglian Water, Clancy, Claret Civil Engineering, Public Sewer Services and Danaher & Walsh to manage planned and emergency sewer and rising mains repairs 

IMR Water Alliance is made up of Clancy, Kier and Anglian Water to focus on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst main 

The IMR Alliances play an essential part on our key performance metrics such as customer service, leakage, serviceability, quality and risk, therefore, we need to ensure effective planning and enabling of the end to end delivery process for both planned and reactive work for IMR Partner resources.  

With this in mind, we are looking for a Planner to join the team on a permanent basis to provide proactive, efficient and customer driven planning services to IMR and our customers.  

What will you be doing?

Working within Integrated Maintenance and Repair unit, you as our Operational Planner will provide tactical and operational resource planning. Key responsibilities of the role include enabling, planning and in-day management of our leakage and customer jobs, delivering efficient schedules to Customer Service front line teams so as to provide an optimum resource fit against forecast demand. The Planning Team is the central hub for our operational teams and is pivotal in driving the delivery of our business targets and objectives.

What do you need?

· Strong awareness & understanding of water network issues

· Excellent IT and keyboard skills. · Excellent interpersonal, planning/scheduling, customer service and communication skills

· Able to work under pressure in a reactive environment, where change is the norm

· Experience in a similar operational role would be advantageous
