We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Hr & Admin Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Universities on a part time basis, contracted to 14 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with financial data entry and maintain accurate records.

  • Generate and analyse sales reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Data processing (Goods Receipt, Stock Reports, Purchase Reports, etc.) diligence and support.

  • Act as a point of contact for procurements helpdesk inquiries.

  • Prepare recharge reports and ensure accuracy in billing.

  • Update booking system information as required.

  • Manage and organise Personal Files efficiently.

  • Gather and maintain diligent sheets in order, related to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and monitor Matrix.

  • Update training planners and assist in coordinating training sessions.

  • Provide support to various regions as needed.

  • Cover finance assistance tasks during absences or peak periods.

Our ideal Hr & Admin Assistant will:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Quick leaner to new software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in administrative or similar roles preferred.

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.

  • Training on site provided
