You will:

  • Work with key stakeholders in this area to support the design, implement, and continuous improvement of retail operating procedures, ensuring consistency, simplicity, and compliance across the store network.
  • Identify areas of operational efficiency through process simplification in these business areas, Create a consistent and structured cross functional working group across these key areas
  • Identify opportunities to save costs wherever possible and work with 3rd Parties where needed
  • Support the cross functional working relationships (Loss Prevention, Property Team, Utilities Team, City facilities, Logistics service etc.) to ensure retail initiatives are executed across our estate.
  • Ensuring any operational changes are store-friendly and customer-focused.
  • Manage feedback loops and continuous improvement based on store input and performance data
  • Input into key cross-functional projects (e.g., Waste and Availability Initiatives, Process redesigns, Loss Prevention trials).
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved customer experience.

  • Be able to validate adherence to process across the sites and work collaboratively with Retail where it is not being followed
