We are recruiting an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead a flagship, high-profile dining destination operating at the highest standards of hospitality. This premium venue features multiple private dining rooms, a bar and lounge, and a main restaurant, delivering in excess of 200 covers daily while hosting VIP clients, senior leadership, and bespoke events.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced operator who treats the business as their own. You will be fully accountable for day-to-day performance, service excellence, financial delivery, and people development, while continuously raising standards across every aspect of the operation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive key projects, lead meetings, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to both short- and long-term business planning. You will set the tone for a positive, professional culture, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a consistently high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of a premium restaurant, bar, lounge, and private dining spaces

  • Deliver flawless service for VIP clients, leadership meetings, and bespoke events

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a strong people-first culture

  • Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health & safety, and CSR standards

  • Lead projects, assign tasks, and implement departmental and business-wide initiatives

  • Monitor and deliver against departmental KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Maintain exceptional standards across service, product quality, and presentation


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, upmarket hospitality environment

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams

  • Commercially minded, with solid financial and operational acumen

  • Confident managing VIP guests and high-profile stakeholders

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure

  • Passionate about service excellence, continuous improvement, and people development
