Sous Chef 

£33,280 per annum

5 over 7 shift pattern (Days/Nights)

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high‑quality food that consistently delights customers

  • Up to 300 covers per day

  • Spot opportunities to improve service

  • Maintain a positive, supportive kitchen culture

  • Help the team execute food concepts

  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and waste reduction

  • Oversee cleaning to uphold hygiene standards

  • Support budget management and financial targets

  • Follow food handling and hygiene rules
