We’re looking for a Productivity Manager to lead operational efficiency across our estate. You’ll work with senior leaders and key stakeholders to optimise processes, improve productivity and support the delivery of strategic business priorities.

What You’ll Love

  • Strong operational or retail leadership experience.

  • Proven ability to drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

  • Experience translating data into practical actions and results.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across different teams.
