Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including risk, issue, and action registers.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
- Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal delivery teams.Help drive efficient project execution by ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the delivery team.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of project management or project delivery principles.
- Experience supporting project coordination activities such as scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, or action tracking.
- Exposure to professional services, SaaS, consulting, or project delivery environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
