🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Development Representative (ADR) 🚀

 

💻 Location: Fully Remote

👩 💼 Reports to: Sales Manager

Now, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic ADR to join our sales team 💥.

 

⭐ What you’ll be doing:

 

  • 🔎 Researching & identifying potential accounts (outbound + inbound)
  • 📞 Engaging prospects via calls, email, and socials
  • 📅 Booking meetings & product demos for Account Executives
  • 🎤 Conducting product demonstrations yourself
  • 🤝 Building & maintaining client relationships (upselling/cross-selling too!)
  • 📈 Contributing directly to pipeline growth & client satisfaction

 

 

👀 What we’re looking for:

 

  • 1–2 years in sales development, account management, or customer-facing roles (bonus, not essential)
  • 💬 Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • 🧑 🏫 Confident presenting to prospects and clients
  • 🔄 Organised, proactive, and coachable
  • 💻 CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus
