Administrator – Selhurst
GTR are recruiting an Administrator for the Depot Admin based out of our Selhurst Depot
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a proven track record to work for one of the country’s busiest and award-winning rail companies.
Responsible for assisting the Depot Admin Manger to provide an effective administration service for the Engineering teams.
Key Success Criteria
- Monitor annual leave and provide managers with regular reports on outstanding leave.
- Maintain the confidentiality and organisation of personnel files.
- Manage the medical records database and coordinate medical examinations with the People team.
