We are part of an exploding industry where we have conquered the global market and now due to expansion, we are looking for a Agency Growth Partner Manager to join our Partnerships function in London.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying & nurturing new partnerships with digital/eCommerce agencies and syndication partners that are already working with Trustpilot’s extensive customer base, but are not actively engaged in our partnership programme.
Working closely with the Commercial Teams (in particular Customer Success) building a robust strategy to uncover target partners working with our Customers today, and creating a strong three-way relationship between Customer, Partner & Trustpilot to further extend Trustpilot’s reach to achieve revenue goals.
You will be a trusted advisor to customers & partners, identifying target partner agencies and prospects from our existing client base, helping to reduce customer churn by building long-term relationships and success plans for our agency partners, ensuring that the maximum value is gained from Trustpilot products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create a partner data enablement sales & customer service strategy to Identify and engage partner agencies within our existing global customer base
- Manage relationships with customers and partners to build continued business success, assist in identifying (via agency) early churn risks, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate Trustpilot’s proposition to the interested prospects where we already have large numbers of mutual customers.
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy for existing customers
- Work with the broader partner team and marketing and other key stakeholders to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new partners & the associated prospects.
- Be responsible for achieving established revenue goals through the identification and development of Trustpilot’s partners
Who you are:
- You have experience and knowledge within E-commerce, online marketing, sales or equivalent.
- Sales & Account Direction experience in managing account and identifying upsell and growth opportunities
- Extensive experience in operating, building and maintaining relationships with industry relationships to enable growth.
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong collaborative skills with a proven track record of new business and customer growth.
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce/SaaS space
- Ability to effectively present and educate at all levels from account managers to agency owners/executives on Trustpilot’s ethics, consumer and business propositions as well as partnership value proposition
- Proven ability to collaborate with marketing to deliver joint partner propositions and associated marketing programmes
- You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relations with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills
