About the opportunity: Are you looking to kick-start your career in payroll and HR? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Payroll and Benefits Analyst Apprentice.
As part of this role, you will study towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Payroll Administration while gaining hands-on experience in payroll processing, employee benefits, and compliance.
You will be supported by experienced payroll and HR professionals, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact within Everton Football Club.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of monthly payrolls
- Supporting the administration of employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and leave
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll and HR reports for management
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
- Learn how to ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent time management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
This role is available on a 24-month fixed-term contact, covering the period of the apprenticeship.
The location for this role is at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, working 35 hours per week.
