Overview:
Capgemini is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in KYC, Financial Crime (FinCrime), and Merchant Onboarding. This role supports strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance through business analysis, change management, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements in KYC and FinCrime.
- Lead change management efforts for smooth process and system adoption.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to product ownership: backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive process improvements in merchant onboarding workflows.
- Support testing, training, and implementation phases of project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, especially in KYC, AML, FinCrime, or merchant onboarding.
- Exposure to change management and business transformation.
- Familiarity with solution design and agile delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
