Business Support
Job Purpose
The primary role of the Business Support – Commercial role is to provide high quality support to the Commercial Department and liaise effectively with customers & Stakeholders, providing accurate regular updates on the progress of their services along with completing relevant administration in support of the commercial contracts.
Principal Accountabilities
Key areas
Administrative support to the Commercial Team in support of internal departments, customer & stakeholders including: –
- Effective administrative assistance to all customers & stakeholders in support of the Contracts & Business needs.
- High quality communication with all customers & Stakeholder interfaces, updating them on the progress of their services and provide information as requested.
- Timely attendance at customer meetings, providing accurate reports and minutes as required
- Provide positive & professional support to all sectors in relation to planning & preparation for customer & stakeholder events.
- Suitably liaise with operations and engineering to ensure that services run in an efficient manner
- Successfully collate customer claims and submit to Network Rail in a timely manner
- Liaise with Finance and provide invoice details in a timely manner
