About the role
North Northants Leisure are seeking highly motivated Casual Generic Leisure Assistants to join it’s dedicated teams. As a Casual Generic Leisure Assistants, you will be responsible for producing excellent standards and the highest quality of work across a variety of leisure facilities and services.
Casual positions have no guaranteed hours and will therefore involve working flexibly, including weekends, early mornings and evenings worked on a rota basis.
Duties may include the following;
– Food and catering service,
– Front of House, including reception, Leisure assistant and lifeguarding (subject to qualifications)
– Cleaning and any other duties specific to the facility or service being offered.
– Assist with health and wellbeing activities within our facilities and out in the community.
– One off events in our parks and open spaces.
About you
North Northants Leisure a looking for highly motivate and committed individuals to join its dedicated team.
Individuals must have a desire to work in the leisure industry, with a flexible approach to work and drive to deliver the best possible standards and service to our customers.
The role will give individuals the opportunity to work across a number of service areas within leisure, with roles including work at weekends, evenings and early mornings. Therefore dedication and reliability are vital skills needed for the role.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team is is a key skill for any potential applicants, with good communication skills and pro-active approach also important.
