Searcys are looking for a Sales and Events Executive to join the team.
Based in our central sales team you will be pivotal in supporting our venue portfolio by driving enquiries and bookings into our venues. You will be selling across the 29 venues in our portfolio, matching client needs with their perfect venue as well as supporting our venues sales teams where required.

Job Description
Based in our central sales team you will be pivotal in supporting our venue portfolio by driving enquiries and bookings into our venues. You will be selling across the 29 venues in our portfolio, matching client needs with their perfect venue as well as supporting our venues sales teams where required.
Salary: £33,000 basic annual salary
40 hours contract
Eligible for up to 20% of your annual salary as a bonus, dependent on performance and the successful completion of your probation period
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell events across the Searcys venues portfolio
- To become familiar with and maintain the CRM system, in order to keep an up to date database for marketing and promotional activities that are GDPR compliant
- To prepare proposals, pitches and RFPs, ensuring company standards and response times are adhered to and contain best fit/feature expectations for client and maximising yield and revenue
- Deliver weekly sales targets
- Account manage and create strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- To conduct venue site visits with clients where appropriate
- Sell and plan events taking place at St Pancras Brasserie
- To build strong relationships with venues and our venue clients
- Supporting with social media posts and content
- Supporting venues with fam trips when required
- Attending exhibitions and networking events to represent Searcys
- Supporting the venue referral scheme
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in multi venue roles.
- Good knowledge of the London venues market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional events and client experiences
