About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our on-site catering operation in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, seasonal menus

Manage food ordering and stock control

Ensure PCI compliance and complete weekly bookwork

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service

Support and mentor an apprentice through their qualification

Oversee Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards

Ensure full allergen and dietary management compliance
About You:

Previous experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Passionate about food, people, and service excellence

Confident managing budgets and compliance paperwork
