Situated in stunning locations nationwide including Heythrop Park in the Cotswolds, Studley Castle in Warwickshire, Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire and The Runnymede on Thames, each hotel offers its own personal character that makes every Warner Hotels stay unique.

We are seeking a Commercial Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading the delivery of mid- to large-scale Commercial initiatives that align with Warner’s 5-year business strategy, playing a critical part in translating strategic goals into actionable plans, driving commercial performance, and identifying opportunities to unlock EBITDA growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering key strategic commercial initiatives across Warner Hotels (examples include multiple pricing products, optimising holiday inventory/regrading, selling more ancillaries, improving on-site spend etc.).

• Comfortable with handling large complex data sets and able to draw relevant insights

• Able to take the lead on medium scale commercial change projects across Warner, ensuring milestones and objectives are met in a timely manner

• Able to create strategic documents/PowerPoint which explains rationale for business/commercial change

• Comfortable with influencing stakeholders to the commercial way of thinking and able to get relevant buy-in for change projects.

• Confident to create a project delivery plan (understanding the business challenge, building a strategy, designing a project plan & executing the plan) 

• Commercial support for digital change/development programmes (examples include Choose Your Room, Search optimisation, addons optimisation, checkout optimisation, pre-arrivals etc.)

• Comes with a continuous improvement mindset seeking opportunities to enhance processes by making incremental improvements.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of change/project management methodologies/techniques & analytics.

• Able to handle complex projects and piece together multiple workstreams to deliver change across the business.

• Strong communicator and high influencing skills

• Confident to build a business/strategy plan and able to execute

• Strong cross functional relationships 

• Comfortable with handling complex data and able to draw relevant insights (use of BI tools/Excel)

• Strategically focused individual and can understand the wider picture 

• Confident to design and present business strategy across multi-level stakeholder group (use of PowerPoint) 

Experience / Education / Qualification:

• Experience of working within a senior Commercial role

• Skilled with handling large scale projects and able to manage multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable with defining Project Plans and Change Roadmaps

  • Experience within the leisure/ hospitality industry is desirable
