We’re looking for a proactive and organised Contract and Partnership Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us deliver brilliant estate services to our residents making sure our neighbourhoods are well maintained, our customers feel supported, and our communities thrive.

From responding to day-to-day enquiries to coordinating repairs, organising local campaigns, and supporting inspections, you’ll be at the heart of the action. If you’re a people person with a can-do attitude and a passion for great service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Respond to day-to-day estate enquiries and resolve them quickly and professionally

  • Support the Partnership Contract Manager with admin tasks, including correspondence, reports, invoices, and credit card reconciliation

  • Help deliver the service by reporting repairs, ordering supplies, and raising work orders

  • Run local initiatives such as tree planting and garden amnesty campaigns

  • Manage phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries from residents, staff, and the public

  • Take minutes and provide admin support for meetings and events

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and share feedback to help us improve services

  • Promote a positive image of PA Housing by delivering excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience dealing with customers face-to-face, by phone, or email

  • Are organised and confident handling a range of admin tasks

  • Communicate clearly and can build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors

  • Have knowledge of social housing, environmental services, or property maintenance (desirable)

  • Can work independently, manage priorities, and stay calm under pressure

  • Bring a positive attitude, a passion for great service, and a willingness to go the extra mile

  • Have basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a methodical approach to work

Disclosure and Barring Service:

This role requires of the successful candidate to complete a standard DBS check. A standard DBS check will show any spent and unspent convictions.

So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.

Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude you from being recruited into the role; if you are potentially the successful candidate, we will complete a risk assessment with you to understand the circumstances around your conviction, how relevant they are to the post you have applied for and what remedial action , if any, have you have taken since your conviction. Suitable references will also need to be obtained prior to commencement of employment.
