Customer Service Administrator – Portlaoise

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers; placing orders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience via phone and email.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, responsibilities in this varied role will include:

- Respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently across all communication channels
- To deal with order entry, reporting and invoicing needs for customers, some of whom would be on specific deadlines
- Resolve service-related issues with a focus on first-time resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Entering and updating the requested calls accurately on the system for dispatch
- Understanding customer needs, queries and requirements and acting on them
- To be a point of contact on the Customer Service email account; forwarding queries on to relevant department if not suitable for our division; liaising with Customer Service Supervisor on anything you are unsure of
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through the inbound calls for any services/products the customer does not currently have with Enva and acting on these accordingly.
- Providing excellent customer service to all our customers
- Report and provide feedback to your line manager / supervisor by updating the sales reports and actual results status.
- Building a knowledge of ADR and waste solutions for our customers
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Liaising with the Logistics team on a daily basis
- General office duties
These duties are not limited to the above and can be amended to suit the changing needs of our Customer Service Team and our business.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Key Requirements & Qualifications Desired:
- Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification.
- 3rd level qualification in a Business/ related discipline would be a distinct advantage.
- Computer literate with very strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM databases
- Relevant experience in a customer service/ sales support role is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
