Salary: €16 per hour

Shift hours: Full Time

We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant who must drive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receive, check, and approve hospitality and food orders
  • Prepare, package, and label orders accurately and in line with client requirements
  • Deliver hospitality orders safely, promptly, and with excellent customer service
  • Assist with basic food preparation, counter set-up, and serving of food and beverages as needed
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
  • Follow food hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines (full training will be provided)
  • Correctly store food items and equipment after service
  • Use computer systems for order processing and basic reporting (training provided)
  • Assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner, supporting other duties as required


Our ideal Driver will:

  • Full clean Irish driving licence (provisional licences not accepted)
  • ‘Can do’ positive attitude
  • Good people and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A good level of English
  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, customer service, or delivery is an advantage but not essential
