Employee Campaigns Manager – Monument Place
Exciting opportunity to recruit an Employee Campaigns Manager – based at Monument Place, near London Bridge.
Within this role you’ll be responsible for delivering key company-wide campaigns, designed to inform, engage and listen to our colleagues. You’ll develop creative and targeted plans that support GTR’s business strategy and values, ensuring the right messages land with the audience to produce the right outcome. You’ll support people-focussed initiatives that drive engagement among our colleagues, such as inclusion campaigns or the roll-out of the employee survey, for instance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead a range of business-wide campaigns to ensure colleagues understand the part they play in delivering a safe, punctual operation. Gatekeep where appropriate
- Create and deliver creative campaigns that reinforce our business vision, purpose, strategy and values, and work with business partners to adjust tone, channels and embed locally
- Own ongoing campaigns such as colleague survey communications, the latest inclusion celebrations, reward and recognition or charity partnerships in a planned and targeted manner – and measure them with the right metrics
- Work with the wider team to execute local projects or events that add value for our people
- Stay abreast and tailor any industry or national campaigns, making sure our people have the right information to deliver a great service
- Offer communications counsel and campaign best practice to GTR leaders
- Carry out other work as needed across the team

Experience:
- Success in delivering creative campaigns across a complex business that change attitudes or behaviours
- Experience selecting appropriate channels to communicate with an audience, and creating new ones where necessary
- Experience of measuring the effectiveness of a campaign and adjusting where appropriate
- Experience of delivering successful high-profile events as part of a planned campaign
- Experience of communicating with a workforce that’s dispersed, unionised and focussed on the operation
