The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Procurement or Order Management, able to work autonomously while functioning within a close team and have a passion for our business purpose

Your responsibilities

  • Receiving orders for product Managing the process of the order from initiation to confirmed delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and country regulations and laws
  • Coordinating shipment details between vendors, freight carriers, distribution centers, etc.
  • Working closely with management and customs for smooth clearance through all required customs checkpoints
  • Monitoring and managing orders for on time delivery
  • Utilizing SAP for order management Building and maintaining relationships with clients and warehouse individuals
  • Working closely with management and supply chain managers for strategic planning
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records of shipments, customs paperwork, and documentation of goods
  • Other duties as assigned 

The experience we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills required
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
    • Equivalent experience in a similar system will be considered Experience in Order Management, Procurement, Import/Export strongly preferred
  • Previous exposure to 5S, TPM, and root cause Analysis
  • Must be able to multi-task and work autonomously
  • Ability to take complete ownership of a project from start to finish

US salary ranges

USD 48,000 – 72,000

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
