The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Procurement or Order Management, able to work autonomously while functioning within a close team and have a passion for our business purpose
Your responsibilities
- Receiving orders for product Managing the process of the order from initiation to confirmed delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and country regulations and laws
- Coordinating shipment details between vendors, freight carriers, distribution centers, etc.
- Working closely with management and customs for smooth clearance through all required customs checkpoints
- Monitoring and managing orders for on time delivery
- Utilizing SAP for order management Building and maintaining relationships with clients and warehouse individuals
- Working closely with management and supply chain managers for strategic planning
- Maintaining complete and accurate records of shipments, customs paperwork, and documentation of goods
- Other duties as assigned
The experience we're looking for
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills required
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Equivalent experience in a similar system will be considered Experience in Order Management, Procurement, Import/Export strongly preferred
- Previous exposure to 5S, TPM, and root cause Analysis
- Must be able to multi-task and work autonomously
- Ability to take complete ownership of a project from start to finish
