What you’ll be doing…. 

 

ISO 9001 Auditing Administration: 

Assist in the coordination and administration of ISO 9001 audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements. 

Prepare and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and records. 

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and evidence for audits. 

Support the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions resulting from audit findings. 

Help develop and update ISO 9001 policies, procedures, and work instructions. 

 

LMS System Administration: 

Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date training records. 

Fulfil internal requests for user creation or user changes. 

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and assign training modules in the LMS. 

Monitor employee training progress, completion rates, and certification records. 

Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on LMS functionality. 

Generate reports related to user information and training compliance and effectiveness. 

 

Risk Register Administration: 

Assist in the maintenance and administration of the Risk Register, ensuring accurate and timely updates. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather risk-related information and input. 

Support the identification, assessment, and evaluation of risks across the organization. 

Help document and track risk mitigation strategies and action plans. 

Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities for stakeholders. 

 

General Administrative Support: 

Provide general administrative assistance to the Governance & Compliance team as required. 

Maintain accurate and organized records, documents, and files. 

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant materials. 

Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. 

Conduct research and analysis on relevant governance and compliance topics. 

What we need from you 

Tools: experience with Office 365 tools is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), ServiceNow and Cornerstone administration are desirables. 

Strong English skills, written and verbal 

ISO standards: good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard, including auditing.
