Job Title: HE Administrative Support Worker (Part Time)
Salary: £24,308 pro rata per annum
About the Role
What You Will Do
- Working closely with the lecturer to provide personalised administrative support to enable them to continue teaching
- Set up and run the powerpoint slide show while the lecturer is presenting
- Provide assistance with marking i.e. reading aloud student answers
- Note taking as and when required
- Inputting information into the different systems accurately
About You
- Must have excellent IT skills with familiarity with Microsoft and Google Applications
- Have a qualification at level 3 or above
- Experience in providing support or mentoring
- Previous experience in administration
- Able to accurately record information
- Strong understanding of the impact of disability on learning
- Flexibility as there maybe changes to the hours/days worked as dependant on teaching days/hours
