Hospitality Manager

Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, consistent experience

  •  Act as the main point of contact and respond to client needs

  • Train, support, and develop staff to deliver high standards

  • Ensure smooth service, presentation, and customer flow

  • Uphold all statutory and company standards

  •  Schedule effectively to meet service and budget needs

  • Support budget control, cost management, and revenue targets

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and efficiency

  • Ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH

  • Plan, set up, and deliver events to a high standard
