Your role at Signature
As Hospitality Supervisor you will be supporting the Hospitality Manager to oversee a variety of non-clinical operations within the home, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Activities/Events to ensure every aspect of daily living is supported with dignity, joy, and individual attention.
This will involve:

Managing the planning and delivery of hospitality and wellbeing services across the home

Leading, coordinating, and allocating team members to ensure seamless delivery across catering, cleaning, and resident engagement

Enhancing the dining experience by participating in food service and ensuring a high standard of presentation and service

Maintaining robust housekeeping standards for cleanliness and comfort

Planning and supporting activities that encourage creativity, movement, and social engagement
-
Advocating for resident choice and independence in everything you do
Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting.
What Signature Offer
- From £14.10 per hourÂ
- Shift times: Between 07:00-20:00. Alternate weekends required.
- There may be some occasions where you will finish later depending on events taking place at the home. Â
- Full time Day shifts availableÂ

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in a similar hospitality role

A genuine interest in supporting older people, including those with dementia or special physical needs

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Knowledge or hands-on experience with event planning or creative activities (e.g., crafts, ceramics, light physical exercise) is a plus

A team player with a warm, compassionate approach

A clean UK driving licence is desirable
