We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to take personal responsibility in delivering excellent customer service as part of our housing team, focusing on tenancy and estate management. 
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

Working on your own geographical patch
Delivering housing management services
Conducting tenancy audits
Managing anti-social behaviour matters
Line management

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisation and ICT skills, and you will bring a drive for continuous improvement and best practice.  You will work on your own initiative and manage a busy workload, and you will join us with line management or peer coaching experience, along with the ability to build effective relationships and an understanding of key safeguarding principles.  If this sounds like you, we will welcome your application.
Due to the nature of this postion you will need to be able to get around the city via car or bike. 
The sucessfull candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS 
Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week 
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £41,771 – £47,181 per annum (City Pay Band 6), pro rata for part time.
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home.  You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
