YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of HR and GBS by:
 
 
· Leading the end-to-end transformation of HR & GBS Operating Models, from strategy through to implementation. This includes designing future-ready service delivery models (e.g., shared services, outsourcing, CoEs) and embedding AI and automation technologies to drive efficiency and employee-centricity.
 
· Driving the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of AI and automation use cases across the employee lifecycle—leveraging tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and other intelligent platforms to enhance employee experience and operational performance.
 
· Championing a data-driven approach to workforce planning, organisational design, and performance measurement—using analytics, benchmarking, and scenario modelling to inform strategic decisions and optimise resource allocation.
 
· Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders, to ensure alignment, adoption, and behavioural change alongside technical transformation. You will facilitate workshops, influence decision-making, and lead change management efforts.
 
· Overseeing the delivery of digital HR solutions that improve employee experience, including self-service, case management, and AI-powered knowledge management platforms.
 
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own growth through:
 
· Business Development – Leading thought leadership in AI for HR, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and client pitches, and representing the firm at industry events.
· Internal Contribution – Driving innovation through campaign development, whitepapers, internal forums, and the evolution of our HR transformation offerings.
· Learning & Development – Engaging in continuous learning through certifications, training, and mentoring to stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends.

YOUR PROFILE

· Proven leadership in delivering HR transformation programmes, particularly within GBS environments, with a strong track record of deploying digital and AI-enabled HR solutions (e.g., Leena AI, Eightfold.ai, Textio).
 
· Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva, Power BI, and Power Automate, with the ability to implement scalable, employee-centric solutions.
 
· Expertise in designing GBS Target Operating Models and optimising end-to-end HR processes using tools like Visio, Signavio, or Celonis—infused with Agentic and Generative AI capabilities.
 
· Strong consulting mindset and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, lead cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
 
· Passionate about enhancing employee experience through digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
