Independent Living Advisor – Andover, SP11 6JS, United Kingdom

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Independent Living Advisor (ILA) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals to ensure they fully understand how a Direct Payment can support and transform their lives.

You will collaborate with a range of key stakeholders, including local authorities, payroll, and managed account teams, ensuring that processes and policies are followed correctly. Using your excellent communication skills, you will provide accurate, timely advice to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions.

This is a home-based role, with some pre-planned travel required for meetings, training, and collaboration days.

About You

  • Exceptional organisational skills with experience managing a diverse caseload.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet non-negotiable deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in providing guidance one-to-one or in group settings.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A genuine commitment to improving the lives of others and an understanding of the challenges faced by disabled people and those needing care.
