Portico are on the lookout for a dynamic and highly engaging L&D Specialist (Development Pathway Lead) to join our award-winning team.

The Development Pathway Lead will take ownership and manage the full training life cycle of learning projects, from needs analysis, through to design, delivery, assessment and evaluation. This multifaceted role has a variety of duties, from managing enquiries related to our learning management system and apprenticeships, to creating and rolling out quarterly development calendars, and collecting data for monthly reports.
The successful candidate will need to be inspirational, influential and an excellent people person. This will help them to manage an abundance of strategic relationships with people at all levels of our business, as well as suppliers, clients, and cohorts.
Salary: £44,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, as per business needs
The successful candidate will need to be open to regional travel to deliver training. However, they will have the autonomy to work remotely when possible.
Qualifications
Experience of managing the full training cycle is essential, as well as experience of delivering learning activities in both in-person and virtual formats.
A CIPD or learning-specific qualification is preferred, but not essential.
