Lead Officer – Housing ICT (CX Asset Management) – Epping Forest District Council

£500-£650 per day Umbrella, dependant on experience
Part-Time, 2 days per week
4 Month Contract

Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Epping Forest District Council in recruiting a Lead Officer on a 4-month contract.
This role offers fully remote working with occasional on-site presence dependant on the business needs.
The primary priority focus area is CX ASSET MANAGEMENT, with the following elements being essential in any candidate:
- Asset management, to include:
- datasheets, (SAVA) energy performance certificates, stock condition and mobile (asset management in use, housing not yet in use but needed)
- Planned and completed work
- Planned Maintenance
- Equipment
- An understanding of Decent Homes is required
- Forecasting and compliance would be useful additions
- Reporting – to include SSRS (strong SQL skills – intermediate / advanced). Power BI
- Integrations and interfaces – Key elements would be an understanding of the Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure (Storage Explorer) and SharePoint EDM.
Also, must have some understanding of the following:
- Contracts
- Contractors
